    José González has a recognisable trademark sound incorporating delicate, autumnal classical guitar with wistful, melodic vocals.
    José González is of Argentinian descent adn grew up listening to Latin folk and pop music citing Cuban singer songwriter Silvio Rodriguez as one of his favourite. He spent several years dabbling in hardcore punk bands before going on to find his signature style.
